Families and Young People

Activities for children and young people has been a priority for Ramsey Million Big Local since their consultation back in 2012. This short film highlights some of the activities that have been delivered, from play-schemes, youth sessions, a motorbike project, boxing, and young people’s counselling opportunities. It tells the story of how young people have trained to become youth workers and ends with exciting plans for the development of a new community space for these and other activities.

Ramsey Neighbourhoods Trust has been proud to manage these projects on behalf of the Ramsey Million Partnership.

Ramsey Neighbourhoods Trust is delighted to be able to work with the community to offer affordable activities for children and young people from birth right through to age 16. We also offer volunteering and training opportunities for young people aged 14 to 18 as part of our youth work programme.
