Policies

Welcome to our policy hub. Here you can find information regarding our public procedures, workplace standards, and operational transparency.

Complaints Policy & Procedure

We welcome feedback and are committed to resolving concerns respectfully and transparently.

  • Informal Concerns: We encourage parents and carers to speak directly with the staff member involved, the DSL, or the Project Manager to resolve matters quickly.
  • Formal Stage: If unresolved, formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager. We will acknowledge your receipt within 5 working days and provide a full written response within 28 days following a thorough investigation.
  • Escalation: Unresolved formal matters can be escalated directly to the Chair of Trustees.

Whistleblowing Policy

We promote an open “speak-up” culture where employees, volunteers, and workers can safely report suspected wrongdoing or malpractice in the public interest.

  • Protections: Protection applies from day one of your engagement. Genuine concerns regarding misuse of funds, health and safety risks, or safeguarding can be reported confidentially without fear of retaliation.
  • Reporting: Concerns should be raised internally with your Line Manager or directly with the Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I)

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, fair culture where everyone can reach their full potential free from discrimination

  • Our Standard: We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward unlawful discrimination, bullying, harassment, or victimisation across all protected characteristics.
  • Accessibility: We actively design our local community services, digital content, and recruitment practices to be fully inclusive and neurodiversity-friendly
